Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la terapie si gastroenterologie. Metoda de pronostic a afectiunilor gastroduodenale consta in aprecierea serotipului tulpinii Helicobacter pylori. In cazul incare se depisteaza ca tulpina Helicobacter pylorise refera la serotipul (CagA+, VacA+), se prognozeaza dezvoltarea ulcerului gastroduodenal, daca serefera la serotipul (CagA+, VacA-) sau ( CagA-, VacA+), se prognozeaza dezvoltarea gastroduodenitei erozive, iar daca se refera la serotipul ( CagA-, VacA-), se prognozeaza dezvoltarea gastroduodenitei neerozive sau o stare asimptomatica.The invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and gastroenterology. The prognostic method of gastroduodenal disorders consists in assessing the serotype of the Helicobacter pylori strain. In case it is detected that the Helicobacter pylorise strain refers to the serotype (CagA +, VacA +), the development of the gastroduodenal ulcer is predicted, if the serapheresis to the serotype (CagA +, VacA-) or (CagA-, VacA +), the development of erosive gastroduodenitis is predicted; refers to the serotype (CagA-, VacA-), the development of non-erosive gastroduodenitis or an asymptomatic state is predicted.
