Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul constructiei de compresoare si poate fi utilizata pentru obtinerea gazelor comprimate pana la presiuni inalte si a vidului fara impuritati de vapori de uleiuri. Esenta inventiei consta in evacuarea gazelor comprimate din camerele de lucru cu ajutorul lichidului de lucru, care se afla intr-un sistem hidrotehnic inchissub suprapresiune in raport cu presiunea din afara sistemului. Gazul debitat succesiv in camerele de lucru ale compresorului cu membrana, se evacueaza din ele sub actiunea de forta exercitata asupra lui prin membrana din partea lichidului de lucru. Comutarea curentilor de lichid de lucru dintr-o camera in alta se realizeaza prin distribuitorul de curenti instalat pe rulmenti si cuplat cu pompa prin conducta de aductie si conducta de scurgere. Lichidul de lucru avansat prin conducte in una din camerele de lucru, e debitat concomitent la una dinintrarile dispozitivului de comanda a distribuitorului de curenti, care sub presiunea lichidului delucru se comuta dintr-o pozitie stabila in alta. La comutare, dispozitivul de comanda fiind in interactiune mecanica, prin intermediul mijloacelor deangrenare cu distribuitorul de curenti, il comutape ultimul in alta pozitie, schimband astfel directia curentilor de lichid de lucru. Compresorul cu membrana propus, dotat cu distribuitorul de curenti si dispozitivul de comanda solicitati, este capabil sa functioneze cu un randament inalt, in orice conditii de exploatare: terestre, subacvatice,cosmice, ceea ce extinde substantial posibilitatile lui functionale si de exploatare.The invention relates to the field of compressor construction and can be used to obtain compressed gases up to high pressures and vacuum without oil vapor impurities. The essence of the invention consists in the evacuation of the compressed gases from the work rooms with the help of the working liquid, which is in a hydrotechnical system under pressure under the pressure outside the system. The gas successively discharged into the working chambers of the membrane compressor, is evacuated from them under the action of force exerted on it through the membrane from the working liquid. The switching of the working liquid currents from one room to another is done through the current distributor installed on the bearings and coupled with the pump through the adduction pipe and the drain pipe. The working fluid advanced through pipes in one of the work rooms, is simultaneously charged to one of the inputs of the control device of the current distributor, which under the pressure of the working liquid is switched from a stable position to another. When switching, the control device being in mechanical interaction, by means of the degreasing means with the current distributor, it switches the latter to another position, thus changing the direction of the working fluid currents. The proposed membrane compressor, equipped with the required current distributor and control device, is capable of operating at a high efficiency, in any operating conditions: terrestrial, underwater, cosmic, which substantially extends its functional and operating possibilities.
