Abstract

Inventia se refera la electronica si poate fi aplicata in dispozitivele medicale. Dispozitivul de emitere a undelor electromagnetice de frecventa foarte inalta include un microcircuit integrat (5), o linie de transmisie (7) a undelor electromagnetice, un multiplicator de frecventa (6), unite consecutiv si montate pe o placa cu benzi paralele (4), amplasata pe o carcasa (10), in interiorul careia este montat un ghid de unde (1) cav, un capat al caruia este inchis cu un piston de ajustare (2) a puterii, iar alt capat este executat in forma de antena (3). In ghidul de unde (1) si carcasa (10) este amplasat printr-o bucsa dielectrica (9) un transmitator (8) de unde electromagnetice. Rezultatul inventiei consta in stabilizarea frecventei si a puterii generatorului de microunde indiferent de temperatura, umiditate si sarcini mecanice.
