Abstract
The invention refers to the silica unpaved fluorine-free enamels and can be used for coating of part of the household electrical devices and apparatuses made of thin-sheet carbonaceous sleel. In order to increase thespreading, alkaline resistance and glitter of the unpaved enamel contains mas%: SiO2 35-45; Al2O3-1,5-8,0; B2O3 12-19; Na2O 14-21; K2O 1,5-4,0; TiO2 3,0-6,0; P2O5 1,0-4,0; ZrO2 1,0-4,0; CaO 1,0-4,0; CO2O3 0,5-2,0; Ni2O3 0,02-0,5; Li2O 0,1-2,0; MgO 0,6-3,5, the ratio being Al2O3:ZrO2 = 1,0-2,0.The spreading of enamel 51-53 mm, glitter 65-67% alkaline resistance (4 hours of boiling in 10% NaOH) 0,15-0,17 mg/sm2, blow resistance 0,12-0,15 kgm.
