Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnica medicala, in special la utilajul medical utilizat in traumatologie si ortopedie pentru tratamentul deformarii scoliotice cu torsiunea coloanei vertebrale la copii. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul pentru tratamentul deformarii scoliotice cu torsiunea coloanei vertebrale include doua tije (1) de ghidare in forma de S, pe care sunt montate elemente de fixare a vertebrelor (2) si elemente de strangere a tijelor (3). Fiecare element de strangere a tijelor (3) include un bulon de strangere (4) cu capetele filetate, portiunea de mijloc a caruia este executata de forma hexagonala (5), la un capat este executat filet de stanga (6), iar la capatul opus filet de dreapta (7), fixand tijele prin intermediul unor noduri de imbinare. Fiecare element de fixare a vertebrei (2) consta dintr-un surub cu cap (8) de forma cilindrica, de partea laterala a caruia este executata o scobitura arcuita (9) pentru fixarea de tija, capul surubului este executat cu o portiune de capat cu filet (10) avand un diametru mai mic, in care este executat un slit (11), surubul este dotat, de asemenea, cu un cuzinet cilindric (12), in care sunt executate doua scobituri arcuite (13) pe marginea lui inferioara sub un unghi de 45° fata de axa lui si cu o piulita (14) pe portiunea de capat a capului surubului pentru strangerea cuzinetului, totodata elementele de fixare a vertebrelor sunt executate cu posibilitatea glisarii pe tije.The invention relates to the medical technique, especially to the medical equipment used in traumatology and orthopedics for the treatment of scoliotic deformity with spinal torsion in children. The essence of the invention is that the device for the treatment of scoliotic deformation with torsion of the spine includes two S-shaped guide rods (1), on which vertebrae fasteners (2) and rod clamping elements (3) are mounted. Each rod clamping element (3) includes a clamping bolt (4) with threaded ends, the middle portion of which is executed in hexagonal form (5), at one end is executed the left thread (6), and at the end opposite the right thread (7), fixing the rods by means of jointing knots. Each vertebra fastener (2) consists of a cylindrical head screw (8), on the side of which is an arched groove (9) for fixing the rod, the head of the screw is made with an end portion with thread (10) having a smaller diameter, in which a slit (11) is executed, the screw is also endowed with a cylindrical bearing (12), in which two bent holes (13) are executed on its lower edge from an angle of 45 ° to its axis and with a nut (14) on the end portion of the head of the screw for tightening the bearing, at the same time the fastening elements of the vertebrae are executed with the possibility of sliding on the rods.
