Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de reducere a duritatii apei, provocata de sarurile de calciu si de magneziu si poate fi utilizata pentru preintampinarea formarii pietrei de cazan. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca procedeul include tratarea apei in flux cu unde electromagnetice de frecventa joasa in camp electromagnetic variabil cu marimea inductiei de 0,05...0,08 T si tratarea prin magnetofluidizare realizata la miscarea haotica vibratoare a particulelor sferice de hexaferit de bariu, magnetizate pana la saturatie, cu trecerea ulterioara a apei printr-o umplutura din materiale inerte si separarea suspensiei cu dispersie fina, totodata tratarea se efectueaza la frecventa de 50...70 kHz si viteza curentului de apa de 2...4 m/min. Procedeul propus se realizeaza intr-o instalatie care include un cazan de incalzire 1, dotat cu o conducta de iesire 2 conectata la un nod 5 pentru tratarea electromagnetica a apei, conducta 2 fiind dotata cu un racord 3 de admisiune a apei, cu supapa 4, nodul 5 este conectat printr-un sistem de radiatoare 12 si o conducta 13 la fundul unui cilindru vertical 17, care este partial introdus coaxial intr-un rezervor 14; partea inferioara a cilindrului 17 este umpluta cu incarcatura sferica magnetica 20, iar pe partea exterioara respectiva este amplasat un solenoid 18, conectat prin regulatorul de tensiune 19 la o sursa de curent alternativ; rezervorul 14 este separat printr-o plasa 15 in partea inferioara si, respectiv, superioara, pe care este amplasata o umplutura 16, partea superioara a cilindrului 17 este dotata cu un sistem de distributie 22 pentru irigarea umpluturii 16, rezervorul 14 este dotat in partea superioara cu un racord de evacuare 23 conectat cu un separator 24 cu evacuator 25 si robinet 26, in interiorul separatorului se contin un sir de polite 27 amplasate sub un unghi de 60?, iar iesirea din separator este conectata printr-o conducta 28 cu cazanul 1; totodata nodul 5 este alcatuit din conducta 6, in interiorul careia este amplasat un emitator 7, executat pe o foita de staniol dielectrica 8 in forma de cilindru compus din conductori inchisi spiralati sau in zigzag 9 cu eclisa dielectrica hidroizolanta 10 pe diametrul intern al conductei 6, conectat la generatorul 11 cu microprocesor de radiatie electromagnetica de frecventa joasa.The invention relates to the procedures for reducing the hardness of water, caused by the salts of calcium and magnesium and can be used to prevent the formation of the boiler stone. The proposed process is carried out in an installation that includes a heating boiler 1, equipped with an outlet pipe 2 connected to a node 5 for the electromagnetic treatment of the water, the pipe 2 being equipped with a water inlet connection 3, with the valve 4 , the node 5 is connected by a radiator system 12 and a pipe 13 to the bottom of a vertical cylinder 17, which is partially coaxially inserted into a reservoir 14; the lower part of the cylinder 17 is filled with the magnetic spherical charge 20, and on the respective outer side a solenoid 18 is connected, connected by the voltage regulator 19 to an AC source; the reservoir 14 is separated by a net 15 in the lower and upper part, respectively, on which a filling 16 is located, the upper part of the cylinder 17 is provided with a distribution system 22 for irrigating the filling 16, the reservoir 14 is provided in the part upper with an outlet 23 connected with a separator 24 with an outlet 25 and a tap 26, inside the separator there is a string of shelves 27 located at an angle of 60?, and the exit from the separator is connected by a pipe 28 with the boiler 1; at the same time the knot 5 is made up of the pipe 6, inside which is located an emitter 7, executed on a sheet of dielectric sheet 8 in the form of a cylinder composed of closed spiraled or zigzag conductors 9 with a dielectric waterproofing plate 10 on the internal diameter of the pipe 6 , connected to the generator 11 with low frequency electromagnetic radiation microprocessor.
