Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, in particular to cardiology and may be used for treating patients with heart ischemic disease, namely with acute cardiac insufficiency. Summary of the method consists in that there are administered cardiac vasodilators from the group of organic nitrates, preparations for restoration of coronary vessel conduction, analgetics, calcium canal antagonists, beta-adrenoblockers, antiaggregates, symptomatic treatment, additionally being carried out transfusion of 250...400 ml of blood from the patient, enriched with a mixture of O2 and O3, where the ozone concentration is of 3,0...4,0 mg/L. The procedure is repeated 1...2 times a week, and for the treatment cure there are made 3...4 transfusions.
