Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si un dispozitiv de epurare a apei potabile si poate fi folosita pentru epurarea si dezinfectarea apei in conditii casnice. Procedeul de epurare a apei potabile in conditii casnice include tratarea ei prin trecerea consecutiva printr-un strat de amestec din perlit, modificat cu un strat de argint redus, si carbune activ, dupa care apa se trece printr-un strat format dintr-un sorbent carbono-mineral feritizat si o incarcatura magnetica din hexaferit de bariu. In calitate de sorbent carbono-mineral feritizat se utilizeaza perlit umflat si/sau kieselgur, obtinut prin carbonizarea lui la recoacere in mediu inoxidabil in conditii izotermice la o temperatura de 400...480°C timp de 1...2 ore. Feritizarea suprafetei lui se efectueaza prin impregnare cu un amestec de solutii de 10...15% de fier acetat bivalent si trivalent in raport de 1:2 si tratarea cu solutie de soda caustica la temperatura de 70...90°C cu formarea unui strat de magnetit. In calitate de incarcatura magnetica se folosesc particule sferice de hexaferit de bariu, magnetizate pana la saturatie, cu diametrul de 3...7 mm, acoperite cu un strat din material inert. Modificarea perlitului cu un strat de argint redus se efectueaza prin tratarea intr-o solutie avand continutul, g/L: azotat de argint 2,5, hidroxid de potasiu 2,5, hidroxid de amoniu (solutie de 25%) 8,0, glucoza 2,2. Dispozitivul pentru epurarea apei potabile in conditii casnice include un corp cu noduri de intrare si iesire a apei si un filtru. In calitate de corp se utilizeaza un borcan standard de sticla, dotat cu un capac demontabil. Nodul de intrare a apei este executat ca un filtru, gatul caruia este montat in capac, iar partea inferioara consta din doua cartuse, cel superior include amestec din perlit, modificat cu un strat de argint redus, si carbune activ, iar cel inferior - un sorbent carbono-mineral feritizat si o incarcatura magnetica din hexaferit de bariu. Nodul de iesire a apei include un sifon de scurgere si un sistem de pompare, care include un cilindru cu piston cav si o tija, executata in forma de tub. Partea inferioara a cilindrului este imbinata cu un furtun, in locul lor de imbinare este amplasata o supapa de admisiune, iar in locul fixarii tijei de piston este instalata o supapa de evacuare. Pe partea tijei, care se afla deasupra capacului, este imbracat un arc de presiune. Sifonul de scurgere este unit cu o placa de presare. In filtru in calitate de carbune activ se foloseste carbune de marca ŔÓ.
