Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la chirurgia vasculara si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul pacientilor cu ocluzia arterei femurale cauzata de ateroscleroza. Esenta metodei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza o incizie in regiunea 1/3 superioare a coapsei, se mobilizeaza arterĺle femurale comuna, superficiala si profunda, se stopeaza circulatia sanguina prin arterele mobilizate mai sus si mai jos de campul operator, apoi se efectueaza o incizie arteriotomica longitudinala a arterei femurale comune cu continuarea inciziei pe artera femurala profunda, dupa care se efectueaza rezectia segmentului stenozat al arterei femurale profunde. Apoi se mobilizeaza si se rezeca un segment din vena safena mare de o lungime, care corespunde cu lungimea inciziei arteriotomice efectuate pe arterele femurale comuna si profunda. Segmentul de vena rezecat se roteste cu 180o, apoi se sectioneaza longitudinal peretele posterior al capatului proximal al segmentului de o lungime egala cu lungimea inciziei arteriotomice efectuate pe artera femurala comuna si se sutureaza de marginile inciziei arteriotomice sub forma de lambou, iar capatul distal al segmentului de vena se sutureaza cu artera femurala profunda cap in cap, apoi se restabileste circulatia arteriala si se efectueaza hemostaza definitiva, dupa care tesuturile se sutureaza pe straturi.
