Abstract

The invention relates to the wind-power engineering and may be used for supplying power to different consumers.Summary of the invention consists in that the wind-power electric plant contains a fixed support 1 and a turning device balanced about it, including an arm 2, horizontally placed and mounted onto the support with its middle part, onto one end of which are installed a windmill 3 and a generator 4 joined with it, and onto the other - a device for orientation towards the wind 5. The arm 2 is mounted onto the support by means of an articulation 6, and the turning device additionally includes at least two lateral cantilevers 7, which are symmetrically placed about the arm 2, at the same time each cantilever 7 has one of its ends joined with the end of the arm 2. The device for orientation towards the wind 5 is fixed in the place of their connection 8, and onto each of the free ends of the cantilevers 7 there are mounted a windmill and a generator 10 coupled therewith.The ends of the arm 2 and of the cantilevers 7 may be joined articulately.The arm 2 and the cantilevers 7 may be joined between them by the device for angle change between them 11, which may be made in the form of an articulated mechanism.
