Abstract

The invention relates to the hydraulic power engineering and may be used in plants using the hydraulic flow power.The plant for water flow power utilization contains a floating turbine, placed horizontally, cinematically coupled with an electric generator 8 and joined with anchor elements, the blades 2 of which are submerged into the flow. Novelty consists in that the turbine is joined with the anchor elements by flexible rods (3) and includes a cylindrical body 1, onto which the blades 2 are fixed, at the same time the body 1 is joined with the electric generator 8, installed onto an abutment support by means of a cardan mechanism 5. The body 1 of the turbine may be made hollow.
