Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la ginecologie si poate fi utilizata pentru pronosticarea dezvoltarii molei hidatiforme si profilaxia coriocarcinomului. Conform inventiei, metoda consta in aceea ca se releva urmatorii factori: mediul de trai, categoria sociala, prezenta viciilor, dereglarea ciclului menstrual, modul de contraceptie, patologiile sexual-transmisibile, anamneza, prezenta patologiilor concomitente, rezultatul spermogramei partenerului. Factorilor relevati li se atribuie anumite valori, apoi valorile atribuite factorilor relevati se insumeaza si se impart la numarul de factori relevati si in cazul in care rezultatul obtinut constituie 1,0…1,4 se pronosticheaza un risc major de dezvoltare a molei hidatiforme, daca rezultatul constituie 1,4…2,7 se pronosticheaza un risc mediu de dezvoltare a molei hidatiforme, iar daca rezultatul constituie 2,8…3,2 se pronosticheaza un risc minim de dezvoltare a molei hidatiforme.The invention relates to medicine, especially to gynecology and can be used to predict the development of the hydatiform mole and the prophylaxis of choriocarcinoma. According to the invention, the method consists in that the following factors are revealed: living environment, social category, presence of defects, menstrual cycle disorder, contraception mode, sexually transmitted diseases, anamnesia, presence of concomitant pathologies, the result of the partner's spermogram. The factors ascribed are assigned certain values, then the values attributed to the revealed factors are summed and divided by the number of factors revealed and if the obtained result constitutes 1,0… 1,4, a major risk of development of the hydatiform mole is predicted, if the result constitutes 1.4… 2.7 an average risk of development of the hydatiform mole is predicted, and if the result constitutes 2.8… 3.2, a minimum risk of development of the hydatiform mole is predicted.
