Abstract
Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in particular la un mediu de cultivare a tulpinii de fungi Aspergillus niger 33 CNMN FD 06a si poate fi aplicata in industria microbiologica pentru obtinerea enzimelor amilolitice. Mediul nutritiv, conform inventiei, contine, g/L apa: amidon 3,0, faina de fasole 9,0, tarate de grau 18,0, KH2PO4 2,0, KCl 0,5, MgSO4 0,5 si[Co(DH)2tio2].BF4.3H2O 0,005...0,040, avand pH-ul initial 5,0. Rezultatul consta in sporirea activitatii amilolitice si in reducerea duratei de cultivare a tulpinii. ŕThe invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a culture medium of Aspergillus niger fungus strain 33 CNMN FD 06a and can be applied in the microbiological industry to obtain amylolytic enzymes. The nutrient medium according to the invention contains, g / L water: starch 3.0, bean flour 9.0, bran bran 18.0, KH2PO4 2.0, KCl 0.5, MgSO4 0.5 and [Co ( DH) 2tio2] .BF4.3H2O 0.005 ... 0.040, having the initial pH 5.0. The result is increased amylolytic activity and reduced stalk cultivation time. à
