Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un bioreactor şi poate fi utilizată pentru epurarea apelor reziduale cu un conţinut înalt de poluanţi azotaţi.Bioreactorul include un corp cu racorduri de alimentare cu apă reziduală şi de evacuare a apei tratate, conducte de evacuare a nămolului, sisteme de aerare, de filtrare şi de agitare. Corpul este împărţit consecutiv prin pereţi despărţitori în camere de oxidare biochimică 1, de nitrificare 2 şi de denitrificare 3, fiecare din ele fiind dotată cu un nivelmetru şi un sistem de filtrare alcătuit dintr-un filtru de sită cu silfon în partea inferioară, care comunică cu o conductă pentru pritocirea apei tratate din camera 1 în camera 2 şi din camera 2 în 3. Conducta din camera 3 este unită cu racordul de evacuare a apei tratate, care este dotat cu un sifon şi un robinet. Partea superioară a fiecărui filtru este unită printr-o tijă cu un vibrator electromagnetic. Vibratoarele şi nivelmetrele sunt conectate la un pupitru de comandă.Filtrele sunt executate ca o sită multistrat din oţel inoxidabil şi/sau din oţel inoxidabil poros cu diametrul porilor de 0,05…0,15 mm.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în majorarea gradului de epurare a apelor reziduale de poluanţi organici.
