Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la procedeele de obtinere a substantelor edulcorante din stevie. Procedeul conform inventiei include extractia glicozidelor din stevia uscata cu apa la temperatura de 80...85 grade C, timp de 1,0...1,5 ore, pana la continutul fractiei masice de substante uscate de 8...10%. Extractul obtinut se trateaza cu acid ortofosforic sau cu acid citric la agitare pana la pH 3,0...3,4 la temperatura de 60...64 grade C, timp de o ora. Dupa filtrarea extractului se efectueaza tratarea lui cu oxid sau hidroxid de calciu la agitare la temperatura de 50...60(C, timp de o ora pana la pH 11,8...12,2. Extractul obtinut se filtreaza si se trateaza cu acid ortofosforic la temperatura de 20...30 grade C, timp de 2 ore pana la pH 8,2...9,0, se filtreaza, se neutralizeaza cu acid citric pana la pH 4,0...4,2 si se sterilizeaza. Pentru obtinerea extractului concentrat dupa neutralizarea cu acid citric pana la pH 4,0...4,2 se efectueaza racirea lui pana la temperatura de 2...6 grade C cu mentinerea timp de 2 zile, decantarea sedimentului si concentrarea extractului pana la continutul fractiei masice de substante uscate de 48...58%.
