Abstract

The invention relates to the equipment for sugar-mills and may be applied at the plants for purification of sugar juices or fine liquors of the sugar raw material.The device for mixing of three liquid components comprises a vertical mixing vessel, wherein there are coaxially placed two admission pipes, joined respectively with branches for inlet of two liquid components, in the lower part of the outer admission pipe there is mounted a semispherical valve, fixed onto guide bars, placed along its outer surface and joined with an executive mechanism, and a rod, installed with the possibility of reciprocating motion into the inner admission pipe, coaxial to it, at the same time in the lower part of the rod it is mounted a conic valve for final-control of liquid component admission through it, provided with guide bars, and its upper end is joined with an executive mechanism. Novelty consists in that it additionally contains a module for correcting the position of the conic valve of the inner admission pipe, kinematically coupled with the upper part of the rod, and an intermediate admission pipe, coupled with a branch for third liquid component admission, coaxially placed between the other two admission pipes and provided with a conic valve, which is articulately mounted onto the lower end of the rod. The conic valve for final-control of liquid component admission through the inner pipe is mounted onto the rod by means of a threaded connection, and the semispherical valve is placed between the outer and intermediate admission pipes.
