Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria vinicola si anume la un procedeu de denocivizare a slamului albastru rezultat la deferizarea vinurilor. Procedeul consta in aceea ca slamul albastru initial, tratat preliminar cu o solutie apoasa de HCl 15...20%, in raport masic de 0,2...0,3, in vederea aducerii sistemului format la un pH optim de 1,5...2,0 si destabilizarii starii lui microcoloidale, se filtreaza sau se centrifugheaza, rezultand o solutie acida fara ioni ferocian si un precipitat, care se trateaza cu var nestins pulbere, in raport masic de 0,05...0,15 si cu o solutie apoasa de hidrocarbonat de potasiu 25...30%, intr-un raport masic de 0,8...1,2, rezultand un sistem microdispers coloidal, care se matureaza la temperatura de 85...90oC la barbotare cu vapori de apa. Amestecul obtinut se centrifugheaza. Solutia formata, cu capacitatea de complexare de 102...103 mg FeIII/L, poate fi utilizata la deferizarea vinurilor, iar precipitatul alcalin se spala contra flux cu apa pentru inlaturarea urmelor de ferocian, se trateaza cu solutia acida rezultata de la prima tratare, formand un namol inactiv, care poate fi utilizat in agricultura, la tratarea diferitelor soluri. Eluatul format, dupa spalarea precipitatului alcalin, se reutilizeaza la prepararea solutiei de hidrocarbonat de potasiu.
