Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructia de masini, si anume la transmisiile planetare precesionale.Transmisia, conform primei variante, include un corp cu capac, in care sunt amplasate un arbore conducator si, cinematic legat cu el, executand o miscare de precesie, un satelit cu un dispozitiv ce previne rotirea lui in jurul axei sale, precum si o roata dintata condusa, care interactioneaza cu el. Transmisia este dotata suplimentar cu o bucsa de reazem, amplasata din partea satelitului si fixata pe arborele conducator. Intre suprafata interioara frontala a capacului corpului si suprafata frontala a flansei bucsei de reazem adiacenta ei, de asemenea, intre suprafata frontala a flansei orientata spre satelit, care este executata oblica, si suprafata frontala a satelitului este amplasat cate un rulment axial. Between the inner front surface of the body cover and the front surface of the flange of the bush rest its adjacency, also between the frontal surface of the satellite oriented flange, which is oblique, and the frontal surface of the satellite is located as an axial bearing. Between the teeth of the satellite and the toothed wheels are freely placed conical rollers, the number of which is equal to the number of the teeth of the satellite or the toothed wheels. The mechanism that prevents the rotation of the satellite around its axis, includes at least three balls uniformly located on the circumference, each being freely located in the housing executed on the lateral surface of the satellite, at the same time being placed in the longitudinal groove executed on the inner wall of the body. The transmission, according to the second variant, is characterized by the fact that it additionally includes a central gear wheel, fixed from the driving shaft position opposite the driven gear wheel, coaxially and interacts with the satellite, also contained by them, two support bushes, one of which it is fixed on the driver shaft, and the second, rigidly connected with it, is mounted in the gear wheel hub driven with the possibility of rotation against it. The front surfaces of the flanges of the support bushes, facing each other, are oblique and parallel. à
