Abstract

The invention relates to the treatment of heavy hydrocarbonic petroleum derivative by decelerate carbonization and production of coke and liquid hydrocarbones. The invention enables to increase the yeald of liquid products and apparatus capacity by means of coke sedimentation diminuation into the coke oven. The process consists in the fact that the raw material representing heavy hydrocarbonic petroleum derivative is heated up to the carbonization temperature in the coke oven, is subjected to the decelerate carbonization in the coke drum for coke obtaining containing the volatile materials in quantity of no more then 15 mass %, the vapors are isolated from the coke drum head part and than are subjected to the fractionating into the coke destillation column. The high - boiling vapors fraction is isolated from the coke drum head part, before heating the neavy hydrocarbonic petroleum derivative there is added thereto the hydrocarbonic diluent having the boiling temperature which is lower than the boiling fraction one, isolating from the process. The raw material is at first combined with the hydrocarbonic diluent, loaded into the balancing drum and than is directed into the coke oven without addition of others hydrocarbonic material. The loiling temperature of the hydrocarbonic diluent represents 168-454°C. As the hydrocarbonic diluent is used the flow of the coke distillation column.
