Abstract
Description

Se cunoaşte un procedeu de asamblare a niplului cu furtunul, care include acoperirea primului strat interior din plastic cu un al doilea strat din oţel sau alt material şi un strat exterior, cuprinse într-o bucşă cu găuri străpunse, care se strânge în regiunea găurilor străpunse [1]. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, înlătură dezavantajul menţionat mai sus prin aceea că include înlăturarea stratului exterior de cauciuc de pe furtun până la învelişul metalic şi îmbrăcarea furtunului pe niplu, pe care se îmbracă o bucşă, în care sunt executate găuri străpunse longitudinale şi care este dotată cu borduri inelare interioare, după care bucşa se strânge în regiunea găurilor străpunse. Procedeul de îmbinare a niplului cu furtunul include înlăturarea stratului exterior de cauciuc de pe furtunul 6 până la învelişul metalic 7 şi îmbrăcarea furtunului 6 pe niplul 1, pe care se îmbracă o bucşă 2, în care sunt executate găuri străpunse longitudinale 3 cu punţi 4 şi care este dotată cu borduri inelare interioare 5, după care bucşa 2 se strânge în regiunea găurilor străpunse 3.
