Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnologia constructiei de masiniŹ si anume la procedeele de prelucrare prin electroeroziune a suprafetelor conjugate a elementelor constructive ale masinilorŹ de exempluŹ a rotilor dintateŹ suruburilor etc. Procedeul consta in aceea ca sculei-electrodŹ executata ca un corp de rotatieŹ i se comunica o miscare de rotatie si avans spre piesa-electrod de la mecanismul de urmarire a masinii-unelte. Pe masa turnanta a masinii-unelteŹ care este legata rigid cu sistemul fix dreptunghiular de coordonate ÎxyzŹ este fixata piesa-electrodŹ axa carei coincide cu axa z. Scula-electrod este legata rigid cu sistemul mobil dreptunghiular de coordonate Îx1y1z1Ź totodataŹ originea sistemelor dreptunghiulare de coordonate Îxyz si Îx1y1z1 coincide cu centrul de precesieŹ axa z1 descrie o suprafata conica cu varful in centrul de precesieŹ formand unghiul de nutatie cu axa z. Sculei-electrodŹ axa carei trece prin centrul de precesieŹ sub un unghi fata de planul format de axele x1y1Ź i se comunica o miscare suplimentara fata de axele de coordonate x1 si y1 in concordanta cu relatia:x=(j+r/tg()(1-cos()cos(/sin(Źy=(j+r/tg()(sin2(+ cos(cos2()Źz=(j+r/tg()(sin(cos()Źunde ( este unghiul conicitatii sculei-electrod;r - raza sculei-electrod;j - jocul intre electrozi;( - unghiul de nutatieŹ egal cu unghiul dintre axele z si z1;( - unghiul de precesie.La o rotatie a axei de bazaŹ scula-electrod efectueaza o miscare de precesieŹ iar piesa-electrod se roteste sub un unghi determinat de corelatia(=(Z1-Z2)2(/Z2Źunde Z1 - numarul de dinti a rotii dintate;Z2 - numarul ciclurilor de precesie.Suprafata activa a sculei-electrod este executata ca un hiperboloid de rotatie cu o panza. ŕThe invention relates to the technology of machine construction, namely to the processes of electro-erosion processing of the conjugated surfaces of the constructive elements of the machines, for example of the gear wheels. The process consists in that the tool-electrode executed as a rotating body communicates a rotation and advance movement to the electrode part from the tracking mechanism of the machine-tool. On the rotating table of the machine-tool which is rigidly connected to the fixed rectangular coordinate system ÎxyzŹ is fixed the electrode-piece whose axis coincides with the z-axis. The tool-electrode is rigidly connected to the rectangular mobile system of coordinates Îx1y1z1Ź at the same time, the origin of the rectangular coordinate systems Îxyz and Îx1y1z1 coincides with the center of precession axis z1 describes a conical surface with the tip in the center of precession forming the nutrition angle with axis z.
