Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicinaŹ in special la oncologie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul tumorilor maligne cu raspandire locala ale tegumentelor si mucoaselor. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza o cura de radioterapieŹ a cate 2 Gy la o sedintaŹ cura de tratament fiind de 40 Gy. TotodataŹ se efectueaza concomitent hipertermia la o temperatura de 42Ź0...42Ź5oCŹ cu unde electromagnetice avand frecventa de 915 mHz si expozitia 60 minŹ 2...3 ori la cura. Dupa finisarea curei de radioterapie se aplica ultrasunetul cu intensitatea de 7 W/cm2Ź frecventa de 880...2640 kHz si expozitia 3...5 minŹ apoi se efectueaza criodistructia urmata de laseroterapie (He-Ne) cu o intensitate de 400...800 mW/cm2 si expozitie 1...3 min. ŕThe invention relates to medicine, especially to oncology, and can be used for the treatment of locally spread malignancies of the skin and mucous membranes. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that a radiotherapy treatment of 2 Gy is performed at a treatment session of 40 Gy. At the same time, hyperthermia is performed concomitantly at a temperature of 42Ź0 ... 42Ź5oCŹ with electromagnetic waves having a frequency of 915 mHz and exposure of 60 minŹ 2 ... 3 times at cure. After the completion of the radiotherapy treatment, the ultrasound with the intensity of 7 W / cm2Ź is applied frequency of 880 ... 2640 kHz and the exposure 3 ... 5 min.
