Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la procedeele de obţinere a biomasei de Spirulina platensis, îmbogăţită cu peptide, aminoacizi, proteine, ficobiliproteine, polizaharide şi lipide, utilizate în industria farmaceutică, alimentară şi cosmetică.Procedeul solicitat constă în cultivarea spirulunei pe mediul nutritiv Gromov nr. 16 în regim de acumulare, cu agitare periodică, la temperatura de 35±2°C şi iluminarea permanentă de 12...15 mii erg/cm2·s în primele 24 de ore de cultivare şi de 18...21 mii erg/cm2·s în următoarele 96 de ore. În prima zi de cultivare, după inocularea Spirulina platensis, la mediu se adaugă vin roşu sau alb în cantitate de 1...2 mL/L.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea conţinutului de aminoacizi, proteine, peptide, ficobiliproteine, polizaharide şi lipide în biomasa de Spirulina platensis.
