Abstract

The invention relates to a process for sewage treatment and may be used in the production for metal working, in particular for electroplating.Summary of the invention consists in that the regulable process for sewage electrochemical treatment from heavy metals is carried out in the flow with soluble iron anode and abrasive rotary cathode with the inclusion in the formed suspension solid phase of the treated ions of heavy metals, at the same time it is carried out the feed of disperse magnetite particles as catalyst of solid phase ferritization. The disperse magnetite particles are obtained at the comminution of the sintered spherical particles of magnetite into a magnetoliquefaction block at the inlet into the electrolyser and at the outlet from the electrolyser it is determined the suspension magnetization value, concentration of the solid phase and the redox potential of the system and according to these values it is automatically regulated the feed of magnetite particles and the current intensity, correspondingly.
