Abstract

Invenţia se referă la selecţia plantelor, în particular la un mediu nutritiv pentru cultivarea ciupercii Fusarium sp.Mediul nutritiv pentru cultivarea ciupercii Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht Snyd. et Hans. conţine, g/L: azotat de potasiu 2,00, dihidrogenofosfat de potasiu 1,00, sulfat de magneziu 0,50, clorură de potasiu 0,50, sulfat de fier 0,01, zaharoză 20,00, α-leucină 0,0001...0,001 şi apă distilată până la 1 L.Rezultatul constă în stimularea sintezei metaboliţilor toxici de către ciuperca Fusarium oxysporum.
