Abstract

Изобретение относится к оптоэлектронике, в частности к оптическим фильтрам, и может быть использовано в оптических системах.Оптический фильтр в виде двумерного фотонного кристалла содержит матрицу и цилиндры из полупроводникового или диэлектрического материала, внедренные в матрицу перпендикулярно ее основанию и параллельно друг другу. Показатель преломления материала матрицы меньше показателя преломления материала цилиндров. Новым является то, что на поверхность основания матрицы нанесена металлическая маска, причем основания цилиндров расположены в одной плоскости с ней.
