Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la gastroenterologia chirurgicală.Metoda propusă include relaparotomia, sanarea cavităţii abdominale, drenarea totală a coledocului. Concomitent cu drenarea se aplică microjejunostoma la distanţa de 60 cm de ligamentul Treitz, apoi în a patra zi după operaţie, în microjejunostomă se introduce în picătură bila eliminată prin dren, iar peste 2 săptămâni drenul se uneşte cu microjejunostoma. Peste 6 luni după operaţie se aplică hepaticojejunostoma după metoda Roux şi drenul se înlătură.
