Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу определения концентрации томатозида в сухом экстракте из семян томатов и может быть использовано в химии и в медицине.Заявленный способ состоит в растворении сухого экстракта из семян томатов в 40 ... 50% растворе этилового спирта, прибавлении к полученному раствору реактива Эрлиха в соотношении 1:2 соответственно. Термостатирование полученной реакционной смеси проводят при 40°С в течении не менее 60 мин, а разбавление раствора образовавшегося окрашенного комплекса метанолом осуществляют при соотношении 3:1 соответственно. Затем измеряют оптическую плотность окрашенного раствора и рассчитывают по ее значению концентрацию томатозида.Результат изобретения состоит в ускорении способа, а также в повышении его точности.
