Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la cultura seminceră a leguminoaselor şi poate fi utilizată pentru sporirea producţiei de seminţe de pătlăgele vinete de calitate înaltă.Procedeul include înmuierea seminţelor de pătlăgele vinete în soluţie de substanţă biologic activă, semănarea în sol protejat, transplantarea plantulelor obţinute şi plantarea răsadului în faza de 5...6 frunze la vârsta de 45...50 zile în sol protejat.Noutatea procedeului constă în aceea că în calitate de substanţă biologic activă se foloseşte soluţia apoasă de glicozidă steroidică 3-Ο-[β-D-glucopiranozil(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopiranozil(1→4)]-β-D-galactopiranozid-[(25S)-5α-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol]-26-Ο-β-D-glucopiranozidă cu concentraţia de 10-5 % mas., iar înmuierea seminţelor de pătlăgele vinete se efectuează timp de 12 ore.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii semincere a pătlăgelelor vinete şi în ameliorarea calităţii seminţelor.
