Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, şi anume la citogenetica plantelor şi poate fi utilizată la aprecierea rezistenţei soiurilor de mazăre la fuzarioza radiculară.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că aprecierea rezistenţei soiurilor de mazăre la fuzarioza radiculară se efectuează prin testarea după modificarea frecvenţei aberaţiilor cromozomice în celulele meiotice ale mugurilor florali de mazăre. Se consideră rezistente la fuzarioza radiculară soiurile de mazăre la care procentul frecvenţei aberaţiilor cromozomice în celulele infectate este de 2,0…2,3 ori mai mare decât în cele neinfectate.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea veridicităţii aprecierii rezistenţei soiurilor de mazăre la fuzarioza radiculară.
