Abstract

The invention refers to agriculture, namely to the plant cytogenetics and may be used for assessing pea varieties resistance to root fusariose. Summary of the invention consists in that assessment of pea varieties resistance to root fusariose is carried out by testing according to the chromosomal aberrations frequency change in the meiotic cells of the pea blossom buds. Resistant to the root fusariose are considered pea varieties, to which the chromosomal aberrations frequency percent in the infected cells is 2,0...2,3 times higher than in those noninfected. The result of the invention consists in increasing the assessment veracity of pea varieties resistance to root fusariose.Claims: 1
