Abstract
The invention relates to the acoustic non-destructive testing and may be used i the impedance method for non-destructive testing of multilayer structures. The device for acousting impedance testing contains an impedance converter with emitter, joined with the receiver, a generator, the output of which is connected to the emitter, an amplifier, the input of which is connected to the receiver, a signal processing unit. The signal processing unit contains a spectral analysis unit, connected in series with the unit for manual adjustment of controlled and an oscillograph unit. The device also contains a unit for testing and adaptation to the multilayer structures joined by multichannel coupling with the unit for automatic adjustment of controlled variables,with the position pickup computing unit, with the keyboard on/line control unit, with the test outcome long/term storing unit, with the representation unit, with the position pickup and with the manual adjusting unit, the output of the unit for testing and adaptation to the multilayer structures, with that is connected to the input of the generator, and the input - to the output of the amplifier. The test outcome long/term storing unit is connected in series with the unit for coupling with the external carrier (the computer).Claims: 1Fig.: 3
