Abstract

Inventia se refera la instalatiile pentru epurarea apelor reziduale de compusi organici si neorganici cianici la intreprinderile industriale. Aparatul consta dintr-o carcasa (1), o conducta (2) pentru introducerea aerului cu o clapeta de reglare (3), o conducta (4), conectata cu o conducta de evacuare a lichidului prelucrat (5), o camera (6) cuun sistem de magneti permanenti (7) si un ventilator de refulare (8), unit cu o conducta de introducere a aerului (9) in spatiul dintre electrozi (10). Catodul concentric (11) si anodul (12) sunt conectati la o sursa de curent electric continuu (13). Spatiul interelectrodic este umplut cu particuleferomagnetice cilindrice (14), in care concomitent printr-o conducta de introducere (16) si o conducta centrala (17) este introdus lichidul prelucrat. In exteriorul carcasei (1) este amplasat un generator al campului electromagnetic rotitor (18), conectat la reglatorul de tensiune (19). Rezultatul inventiei consta in majorarea productivitatii si aeficacitatii procesului de epurare.The invention relates to installations for waste water treatment of cyanic organic and inorganic compounds in industrial enterprises. The apparatus consists of a housing (1), a pipe (2) for the supply of air with an adjusting flap (3), a pipe (4), connected with an outlet of the processed liquid (5), a chamber (6 ) with a system of permanent magnets (7) and a discharge fan (8), coupled with an air inlet pipe (9) in the space between the electrodes (10). The concentric cathode (11) and the anode (12) are connected to a DC source (13). The interelectrode space is filled with cylindrical ferromagnetic particles (14), in which at the same time through the inlet pipe (16) and a central pipe (17) the processed liquid is introduced. Outside the housing (1) a generator of the rotating electromagnetic field (18) is connected, connected to the voltage regulator (19). The result of the invention consists in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the purification process.
