Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de prelucrare a microstructurilor din metale, aliaje si nemetale prin electroeroziune si ultrasunet. Procedeul de fabricare a microstructurilor din metal sau aliaj prin electroeroziune se realizeaza cu ajutorul unei scule-electrod (1) de forma cilindrica, in felul urmator: sculei-electrod (1) i se comunica miscare de rotatie cu viteza unghiulara T si miscare de translatie cu viteza V. Scula-electrod (1) serveste in calitate de catod, iar semifabricatul (4) in forma de banda metalica fixata pe o masa magnetica (5) serveste in calitate de anod. La rotirea si deplasarea de translatie a sculei-electrod (1), in urma descarcarilor electrice, ce se produc intre anod si catod, pe suprafata semifabricatului (4) are loc formarea canelurilor. Evacuarea zgurii din caneluri se efectueaza cu ajutorul sculei rotitoare si debitului lichidului dielectric. Scula-electrod (1) este executata din material electroconductibilin forma de corp de rotatie, suprafata laterala acaruia poate fi de profil diferit, iar pe bazele ei sunt instalate discuri (7), executate din material dielectric, diametrul fiecaruia dintre ele este egal cu: d = D - 2h,unde: d – diametrul discului D - diametrul exterior al sculei-electrod; h –adancimea canelurilor de pe suprafata semifabricatului dupa prelucrare.
