Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la înmulţirea în masă a insectelor utile folosite pentru protecţia biologică a plantelor.Esenţa invenţiei conform variantei 1 de producere în masă a trihogramei Trichogramma evanescensW. constă în înmulţirea ei pe ouă de molie cerealieră Sitotroga Cerealella O. în vârstă de 46…48 ore iradiate preliminar cu raze gama în doză de 200…300 Gy la temperatura de 23…25°C şi umiditatea relativă a aerului de 75…85%. Iar conform variantei 2 înmulţirea a trihogramei constă în înmulţirea ei pe ouă de molie cerealieră Sitotroga Cerealella O. în vârstă de 70…72 ore iradiate preliminar cu raze gama în doză de 350…650 Gy în aceleaşi condiţii.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea calităţii trihogramei şi economisirea ouălor de molie şi trihogramă.
