Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgia plastică.Metoda propusă constă în pregătirea zonei receptoare, prelevarea unui lambou conţinând muşchiul flexor radial de carp, un pedicul vascular constituit din artera radială, vena cefalică şi două vene comitante radiale şi un pedicul nervos constituit din ram motor propriu pentru muşchiul flexor radial de carp şi ramuri ale nervului antebrahial cutanat, prelevând artera pe flux revers şi vena pe reflux normal, după care se efectuează transferul liber al acestui lambou pe patul receptor cu microanastomoza vasculară cu artera tibială posterioară şi vena safenă mică şi microanastomoza nervoasă între ramurile nervului antebrahial cutanat cu ramurile calcanee senzitive ale nervului tibial posterior şi între ramul motor al muşchiului flexor radial de carp cu unul din ramurile motorii ale nervului plantar medial.
