Abstract
The invention relates to drying technology, in particular, to devices for uniform distribution of air in a tunnel dryer, and can be used in agricultural enterprises for drying fruits, vegetables, etc.The device, according to the invention, comprises an air flow passage housing (4), made in the form of an inverted regular quadrangular truncated pyramid, wherein are installed ribbed blades (5), movably mounted with their ends on a fixed metal frame and on a movable metal frame (3), mounted with the possibility of performing vertical oscillatory movements by means of a connecting rod (C) and a crank (A). A metal frame (8) is fixed along the perimeter of the large base of the truncated pyramid of the housing (4), wherein are movably mounted with the upper and lower ends of one edge flat vertical blades (9), the lower ends of the opposite edge of which are pivotally articulated with a spacer plate (10), connected with the possibility of performing reciprocating movements by means of a connecting rod (D) and a crank (B). The connecting rods (C) and (D) and the cranks (A) and (B) are driven by two reduction gearmotors (11), fixed to a support (12).
