Abstract

The invention refers to pharmacology and may be used for obtaining of medicinal preparations. Summary of the process consists in that the propolis is treated with a mixture of ethanol and chloroform in the ratio propolis : chloroform : ethanol of 1,00 : (3,00...3,50) : (0,45...0,60), at a temperature of 50...60 degree C during 30 min. Afterwards, the obtained extract is purified from waxes, lipoid and resinous substances, maintaining it at a temperature of -5...-10 degree C during 5...6 hours, and it is filtered, after what the solvents are distilled under vacuum from the liquid extract at a temperature of 50...60 degree C. The obtained product is repeatedly maintained at the temperature of -5...-10 degree C during 5...6 hours and it is definitely filtered from the precipitated waxes.Claims: 3
