Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a distilatelor din precipitate vinicole.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede diluarea precipitatului vinicol cu vinasă într-un raport volumetric respectiv de 1:(0,5-2), limpezirea parţială a amestecului prin sedimentare, după care partea fluidă se separă de sediment şi se alcoolizează cu distilate aloolice sau fracţiunea de „frunte” a acestora până la o concentraţie a alcoolului de 6-12% vol. şi se dirijează la distilare, totodată diluarea precipitatului vinicol se efectuează, de preferinţă, cu vinasă fierbinte şi repetat.The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to a process for manufacturing distillates from wine precipitates. The process, according to the invention, provides for diluting the wine precipitate with vinasse in a volumetric ratio of 1:(0.5-2), partially clarifying the mixture by sedimentation, after which the fluid part is separated from the sediment and alcoholized with alcohol distillates or their "head" fraction to an alcohol concentration of 6-12% vol. and is directed to distillation, at the same time the dilution of the wine precipitate is preferably carried out with hot vinasse and repeatedly.
