Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу культивирования пигментированных дрожжейRhodotorula mucilaginosaCNMN-Ys-10 с целью повышения продуктивности биомассы, каротеногенеза и каталазной активности штамма дрожжей.Способ культивирования пигментированных дрожжейRhodotorula mucilaginosaCNMN-Ys-10, по изобретению предусматривает глубинное культивирование штамма в колбах Эрленмейера, на качалке со скоростью вращения 200 об/мин, при температуре +27°С. -+28°С в течение 120 часов, на натуральных жидких питательных средах, полученных из агропищевых растительных отходов: очистков моркови и сельдерея.
