Abstract
Modelul de utilitate se refera la utilizarea deseurilor ce contin mercur, si anume la un dispozitiv pentru demercurizarea lampilor luminiscente tubulare uzate. Dispozitivul include un corp (1), in interiorul caruia este amplasata o cada (11) cu unreactiv lichid (12), un mecanism de deplasare a lampilor (6) si un mecanism de perforare a acestora, totodata corpul (1) este executat cu deschizaturi de admisie (3), de evacuare (7) si de ventilatie(10). Mecanismul de deplasare a lampilor include doua discuri paralele (13, 14), executate cu locasuri (16) si fixate rigid cu ecartament pe o osie rotativa (15), mecanismul de perforare include doua discuri (17, 18), fixate rigid pe osia (15) de partea suprafetelor exterioare ale discurilor (13, 14) si dotate cu subansambluri de perforare, amplasate coaxial cu fiecare locas al discurilor (13, 14). Fiecare subansamblu include un cui (19) la capatul ascutit al caruia este executata o manseta, care serveste pentru montarea unui capac de fixare(24) a lampilor, iar la capatul opus este dotat cu un arc (20) si o rola de ghidare (21), totodatamecanismul de perforare include suprafete directoare (22, 23) pentru actionarea subansamblurilor deperforare. Deschizatura de admisie (3) este dotata cu un buncar (4) cu mecanism de avans (5) al lampilor, deschizatura de evacuare (7) este dotata cuun plan inclinat perforat (8) si cu un element deghidare (9), iar discurile (13, 14, 17, 18) sunt partial imersate in reactivul lichid (12). Rezultatul consta in protectia atmosferei de vaporii de mercur si posibilitatea reutilizarii lampilor.The utility model refers to the use of mercury-containing waste, namely a device for demercurizing used tubular luminescent lamps. The lamp displacement mechanism includes two parallel discs (13, 14), made with recesses (16) and rigidly fixed with spacing on a rotating axle (15), the perforation mechanism includes two discs (17, 18), rigidly fixed on the axle (15) on the side of the outer surfaces of the discs (13, 14) and equipped with perforation subassemblies, located coaxially with each slot of the discs (13, 14). Each subassembly includes a nail (19) at the sharp end of which a cuff is made, which serves to mount a fixing cover (24) of the lamps, and at the opposite end is equipped with a spring (20) and a guide roller ( 21), at the same time the drilling mechanism includes steering surfaces (22, 23) for actuating the drilling subassemblies. The inlet opening (3) is equipped with a hopper (4) with advance mechanism (5) of the lamps, the outlet opening (7) is equipped with a perforated inclined plane (8) and a guide element (9), and the discs (13, 14, 17, 18) are partially immersed in the liquid reagent (12). The result is the protection of the atmosphere from mercury vapor and the possibility of reusing the lamps.
