Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology, in particular a medium for cultivation ofTrichoderma longibrachiatumfungal strain, which has antimicrobial and phytostimulating properties and can be used in agriculture for biological protection and for stimulating crop plants. The nutrient medium for cultivation ofTrichoderma longibrachiatumCNMN-FD-27 fungal strain, according to the invention, contains, g/L: corn syrup 20.0, glucose 10.0, KH2PO41.0, MgSO4x7H2O 1.0, NaNO31.0, CaCO31.0, water the rest, with the pH 6.0-6.2.The technical result of the invention consists in reducing the duration of cultivation of the strain and obtaining a biopreparation with more pronounced antifungal and stimulating properties.
