The invention refers to medicine, namely to the orthopedical stomatology and is provided for restoration of the isolated dental arch defect after extraction of the tooth with intact crown.Summary of the invention consists in that the prosthesis includes supporting elements and an intermediate portion. The supporting elements are executed as a pair of L-shaped pins and in the capacity of the intermediate portion is used the intact crown of the extracted tooth with the cavity filled up with polymeric material and a pair of orifices executed into the approximal walls of the crown. With that, the horizontal parts of the L-shaped pins are installed into the executed orifices.
