Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly to the operating oncology.It is claimed a device for cutaneous tumor removal, consisting of a funnel-shaped body, to which on the turned back edges from the big diameter end there are executed at least three fixing elements and from the small diameter end it is attached the vacuum pump.It is also claimed a method of surgical treatment of cutaneous tumors, consisting in that it is treated the operating field and it is installed on the tumor the claimed device. Then it is made the ellipsoidal incision passing with 1…5 cm from the tumor margins, it is mobilized the tissue and the tumor is removed with the help of the proposed device. Thereafter the wound is treated, sutured and it is applied an aseptic bandage.
