Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie.Se solicită transplant pentru reconstrucţia defectelor acetabulare confecţionat din osteomatrix forte în formă de emisferă perforată cu marginea secţionată segmentar.De asemenea, se solicită metodă de endoprotezare a articulaţiei coxofemurale care constă în aceea că după înlăturarea ţesuturilor devitalizate în regiunea acetabulară se aplică pastă osteomatrix forte în regiunea defectelor acetabulare şi se amplasează transplantul solicitat. După aceasta, în el se fixează componentul acetabular al endoprotezei coxofemurale, iar componentul femural al lui se implantează în femur.
