Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, şi anume la folosirea unei substanţe biologic active pentru tratarea premergătoare semănatului a seminţelor, în particular a seminţelor de dovlecei.Scopul invenţiei constă în mărirea roadei de legume verzi şi îmbunătăţirea calităţilor lor. Acest scop se atinge prin tratarea seminţelor de dovlecei cu suspensia celulelor de Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl. CALU-835, dezintegrate prin ultrasunet cu densitatea optică de 0,4-0,7 timp de 5-7 ore. În rezultatul tratării se observă feminizarea plantelor, mărirea numărului de legume pe plantă şi sporirea roadei verzi. Se îmbunătăţeşte calitatea legumelor şi seminţelor, creşte cantitatea zaharurilor libere în legume şi seminţe, se măreşte cantitatea de lipide în seminţe, precum şi masa de 100 bucăţi de seminţe.
