Abstract
The invention refers to compositions of acid and water resistant enamels and may be used for coating the electric water boilers interior faces, washing machines tanks, steel pipes and other goods.Summary of the invention consists in, that the steel coating enamel consisting of SiO2, Al2O3, B2O3, Na2O, TiO2, CaO, K2O, CaF2, Li2O, additionally contains ZrO2, Co2O3, Cr2O3 at the following component ratio, mass %: SiO2 - 48,0…49,0; Al2O3 - 3,0…3,2; B2O3 - 9,0…9,5; Na2O - 18,0…18,4; TiO2 - 4,0…4,5; CaO - 2,0…3,0; K2O - 3,0…3,3; CaF2 - 4,0…4,2; Li2O - 1,0…1,7; ZrO2 - 3,0…3,5; Co2O3 - 1,0…2,2; Cr2O3 - 0,5…1,6.The result of the invention consists in the improvement of goods quality at the expense of decreasing the melt surface stressing that prevents blistering, holes and pores on the formed enamel coating.
