Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeele de purificare a apelor reziduale de ionii metalelor grele.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un procedeu de purificare a apelor reziduale de ionii metalelor grele, care include tratarea lor la pH 6…8 cu reagenţi reducători în următorul raport, mol/L:borhidrură de sodiu 0,05…0,06hipofosfit de sodiu 0,25…0,30aldehidă formică 0,60… 0,70hidrat de hidrazină 0,30… 0,40.Procedeul de purificare se efectuează în fluxul de ape reziduale la o viteză liniară a fluxului de apă de 0,2…0,3 m/min şi o densitate volumetrică a fluxului termic de 20…30 W/dm3 generat de câmpul electromagnetic cu frecvenţa 60…74 kHz pe suprafaţa catalizatorului. În calitate de catalizator se foloseşte aliajul Ni-Zn, care se obţine prin procesul electrochimic de sedimentare pe suprafaţa plasei de oţel cu mărimea celulei 0,5…2,0 mm. Dozarea reagenţilor reducători se realizează în raportul masic de (1,5…2,0) : 1 la conţinutul total de ioni ai metalelor grele.Rezultatul constă în sporirea gradului de purificare a apelor reziduale şi în micşorarea consumului de materiale şi energie pentru realizarea procesului de purificare.
