Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and is provided for deformation correction in the congenital radioulnar synostosis to children. The proposed method includes the subperiosteal cross metaphysical osteotomy of the ulna proximally and of the radius distally, the external rotation of the frearm and hand, fixation of the osteotomed fragments transcutaneously transosseously with crossed spokes and subsequent immobilization in a plaster apparatus. The result of the invention consists in derotation of the forearm and hand to a supination of 15° - 25° with the complete preservation of movements in the elbow articulation, as well as improvement of bone consolidation.
