Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la genetica plantelor şi poate fi utilizată la aprecierea efectelor genice în reacţia genotipurilor de triticale la fuzarioză.Esenţa invenţiei constă în cultivarea embrionilor imaturi ai genotipurilor de triticale încrucişate în sistem backcross pe mediul Murashige-Skoog care conţine suplimentar 0,01% acid fuzaric şi calcularea efectelor genice conform modelului E. Gamble, folosind în calitate de test-parametru biomasa embrionilor, totodată în cazul predominării valorilor pozitive ale efectelor genice calculate se consideră că efectele genice sunt orientate spre sporirea rezistenţei genotipurilor de triticale la fuzarioză.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în depistarea acţiunilor şi interacţiunilor genice în reacţia genotipurilor de triticale la fuzarioză la etapa embrionară de dezvoltare a formelor testate.
